Brian Phillips is a Mining Engineer who has had extensive mining industry experience in operational and management roles over a 50 year period. Brian has worked as an Executive, and on the boards of mining companies in Australia and overseas, involved with Copper, Gold, Nickel, Mineral Sands and Coal. Brian is a former Non-Executive Director of the Australian Gold Council and past President of the Minerals Council of Australia – Victorian Division, formerly Victorian Chamber of Mines.

Peter Harold is a process engineer with over 30 years of corporate experience in the minerals industry, specialising in financing, marketing, business development and general corporate activities. Peter has extensive experience with the financing, development and operation of base metals and gold projects having been involved in the following projects: Scuddles/Golden Grove (copper, lead and zinc), Cawse nickel laterite project, Silver Swan, Mt Keith, Savannah and Lanfranchi nickel sulphide projects. Prior to founding Panoramic Resources in March 2001, Peter held various senior management positions with Shell Australia, Australian Consolidated Minerals Limited, Normandy Mining Limited and MPI Mines Limited.
Peter is the immediate past Chairman of Youth Focus having served on the Board for nine years. Youth Focus is an independent not for profit charity that focuses on the prevention of youth suicide and depression.

John Rowe is a Geologist who has had extensive mining industry experience over a 40 year period. Until August 2006, John was the General Manager in Business Development with Lion Ore Australia. John was responsible for assessing new business, divesting assets and negotiating, Nickel, Ore and concentrate sales contracts. Prior to joining Lion Ore, John spent 12 years with MPI Mines Limited in various group Executive roles and was involved in the evaluation, development and production of, the high grade Silver Swan Nickel Sulphide Project as well as the Stawell Gold Mine in Victoria. John started his career with Metals Exploration Limited as a Mine Geologist at the Nepean Nickel Mine in the early 1970’s before taking on Senior Executive roles with Consolidated Goldfields, Agnew Mining Pty Limited, and North Kalgurli Mines Limited. Following a short stint with R&I Gold Bank in their Technical Division, John set up his own Geological Consultancy in the early 1990’s and then joined MPI Mines Limited in mid-1993.

Peter Sullivan is an engineer with an MBA and has been involved in the development of resource companies and projects for more than 20 years. His work experience includes periods in project engineering, corporate finance, investment banking, corporate and operational management and public company directorships. Peter has considerable experience in the management and strategic development of resource companies.
Peter is the non-executive Chairman of Zeta Resources Limited (ASX: ZER) (“Zeta”). Zeta is a resources focussed holding and development company that invests in listed and unlisted entities, and is advised by its investment manager, ICM Limited (ICM).
Peter was Managing Director of Resolute Mining Limited (ASX: RSG) for 14 years and has taken the role of non-executive director. Peter is also a non-executive director of GME Resources Limited (ASX: GME) and non-executive Chairman of Pan Pacific Petroleum NL (ASX: PPP).

Nicholas Cernotta (Nick) is a mining engineer having held senior operational and executive roles in Australia and overseas over a 30 plus year period. Nick has considerable experience in the management and operation of large resource projects, having served as Director of Operations at Fortescue Metals Group, Chief Operating Officer (Underground, International and Engineering) at MacMahon Holdings Limited and as Director of Operations for Barrick (Australia Pacific) Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Barrick Gold Corporation.
Nick is currently a non-executive director of Pilbara Minerals Limited (ASX: PLS) and was Non-Executive Chairman of ServTech Global from October 2016 to December 2017.

Rebecca is an experienced infrastructure and resources lawyer, with a strong background in mining, energy and large scale infrastructure transactions. Rebecca currently manages the legal, contracts and procurement function for the Projects division of a large resource company.
Rebecca was a Senior Associate at Clayton Utz in the Melbourne Construction and Major Projects team, where she had a lead role in a number of large infrastructure projects for the private and public sectors.
In 2009, Rebecca worked for Kimberley Community Legal Service, based in Kununurra, where she developed a good understanding of the local issues and a love for the area.

Trevor Eton is an Accountant with over 25 years of experience in corporate finance within the minerals industry. Trevor was the Company Secretary and Group Financial Controller of MPI Mines Limited for 10 years. Trevor commenced his career in 2003 with Panoramic Resources as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Trevor previously held various corporate financial positions at North Kalgurli Mines Limited, Metals Exploration Limited and Australian Consolidated Minerals Limited.

John Hicks is a Geologist with 30 years experience in the Australian mining and exploration industry. From 1998 John was an independent Geological Consultant. John commenced his position with Panoramic Resources in 2001 as an independent Geological Consultant, before progressing in 2005 to the Exploration Manager. John has since accepted the position as the General Manager Exploration. John has previously held various geological positions with several Australian resource companies, including Hamersley Iron, Australian Consolidated Minerals, WMC and Mining Project Investors.

Tim Mason is a Geotechnical Engineer with over 15 years of experience in mining operations, management and business development. Tim is currently the Manager – Projects for Panoramic which follows his role as General Manager of the Lanfranchi Nickel Mine in Western Australia. In this role, Tim successfully led a team of over 160 people to improve safety and reduce costs. Tim has relevant experience in operations, mine planning, project evaluation, due diligence, strategy and business improvement. Tim holds an MBA and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Robert Parkinson is a Geologist with 30 years experience in the Australasian mining and exploration industry, across a range of technical, commercial and management roles. Robert joined Panoramic’s Business Development team in 2013, and is now responsible for technical and financial evaluation of internal and external investment opportunities. Prior to joining Panoramic, Robert held various positions with several Australian and international resource companies, including CRA/Rio Tinto, Newcrest Mining and Gold Fields.

Tim Shervington joined Panoramic in 2004 and during this time, has been responsible for managing the treasury (including spot US dollar deals, foreign exchange, nickel and diesel hedging), transactional banking, nickel concentrate sales to international buyers, bulk shipping arrangements from Port of Wyndham to China, insurance, energy efficiency (including investigating various alternate energy options), material contracts for both the Savannah and Lanfranchi Nickel Projects and has supported the accounting function. Tim completed his Bachelor of Business majoring in Finance and Accounting at Edith Cowan University and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and has been a member of the Panoramic Executive Team since 2014.

Rochelle is an Organisational Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working in the Australian resources industry. Prior to joining Panoramic, she has held various strategic human resources management leadership, operations management and specialist roles with Cleveland-Cliffs, BHP Billiton Iron Ore, BHP Billiton Global Exploration, BHP Billiton Nickel West, WMC Resources and BHP Engineering and has worked in both corporate office and mining operations.

Ben has more than 25 years’ experience in the underground and surface mining industry. Prior to joining Panoramic Ben spent 17 years with Alcoa. Originally in HR roles, including HR Manager for Western Australian bauxite mines, Ben transitioned to operational leadership roles for the mining group. Over 10 years, Ben worked as Operations Manager for Huntly (25Mtpa) and Willowdale (10Mtpa) and then Willowdale Mine Manager.
Ben has also worked as HR Consultant for drilling contractor Ausdrill in Kalgoorlie, and worked as an underground miner/shiftboss/site engineer for mining contractor Eltin Underground Operations.

Robin Goddard is a mining engineer with 17 years’ experience in the mining industry. Graduating from the West Australian School of Mines (WASM), he has specialised in operations such as Savannah, (West Australian, metalliferous, underground, hard rock), but has also worked interstate (Beaconsfield Tasmania), internationally (Mongolia) and in surface mines. He has extensive experience in small to medium resources companies and has covered the full range of operating arrangements – owner operators, managing contractors and working as the contractor. Robin has also run several mine start-ups / restarts, as well as a history of revitalising and refreshing troubled operations. He is currently studying an MBA at Curtin University (WA).
Jeremy Smith is an ICT Professional with 18 years of experience in the Australasian mining and resources industry. Jeremy has a very in-depth knowledge of both Information Technologies and Operational Technologies at both strategic and operational levels. Prior to joining Panoramic in 2014, Jeremy held various positions with several Australian and international resource companies including, Roy Hill, Cliffs Natural Resources, Minara Resources, Anaconda Nickel and Halliburton. Jeremy graduated from Curtin University with a Graduate Certificate in Information Systems and Technology and has a particular interest in green-computing and energy saving IT technologies.
